Create B2B prospecting files by activity and location (Search by city, county, state, country):
You have to select from over 4000+ activities available on Google Maps and create a comprehensive prospecting file for different geographical levels based on your subscription plan:
- With the Basic plan, you can focus on a city.
- With the Professional plan, you can target a county/department (level 2 division).
- With the Agency plan, you can expand to a state (level 1 division).
- With the Company plan, you can cover an entire country.
Essential and Advanced Filters:
Do you want to retrieve only companies that have an email and no Facebook page? The ones with a rating between 3.9 and 4.4 on Google Maps and less than 15 photos?
The filters enable you to avoid wasting credits and spend them only on the leads you want.
Essential filters allow you to filter places:
- Only on the main category
- Which are (or not) permanently closed.
- Which have (or do not) a website, phone number, and/or an email
- Which have (or do not) a Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and/or Linkedin page.
Advanced filters allow you to filter places:
- Whose Google Maps listing is claimed.
- On the price range present on the Google Maps listing
- On the rating of the Google Maps listing
- On the number of reviews left and the number of photos published
- Which have (or do not) a contact form and/or advertising section on their website?

What is the main difference between the plans?
The main difference is the number of credits, and the area you can search on:
On the basic plan, you can only create files by city (1 activity + 1 city).
On the professional plan, you can create export files by level 2 division (US county, UK borough, etc.)
On the agency plan, you can create export files by level 1 division (US state, French region, etc)
On the company plan, you can create export files on a whole country.
You can see a detailed explanation on our pricing page: https://scrap.io/pricing
What are the monthly export credits?
They represent the number of Google Maps places you can export each month. Each google place is counted only once in a 30-days period. For our Black Friday offer, credits are reported from one month to another, until the end of your subscription.
What data can I export for each plan?
Take a look at - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1SRYe9q30RduX6ejvIereRsoMocnB_HGR_SuAhKJ61yY/edit?usp=sharing
This is what you get:
The white columns on the basic plan
The white + yellow columns on the professional plan.
All the columns on agency and company plans.
You can see a detailed explanation on our pricing page: https://scrap.io/pricing
What are the essential and advanced filters?
Filters are a way to avoid using credits for data you don't need. Essential filters allow you to get only results that have email, phone number, social networks, etc. Advanced filters allow you to export only google places that haven't been claimed, results that have a certain rating on Google Maps, a certain number of pictures, etc. You can see a detailed explanation on our pricing page: https://scrap.io/pricing
Why don't I get the same results on your platform and on Google Maps?
The results on Google Maps and on our platform can be different because the search does not work the same way. On Google Maps, when you perform a specific search (for example: Restaurant in Paris), you may get results from similar categories (for example: sandwich shop) in nearby towns. You can also get results with names that match your search. On Scrap.io, by selecting a category and a city, you will only get businesses in that category in that specific city.
